Associate Professor Dr. Sisi Zlatanova:   Delft University of Technology, Netherlands.

Sisi Zlatanova is an associate professor at 3D Geoinformation group at Deift University of Technology, Netherlands and a part-time professor at the Siberian State University of Geosystems and Technologies. Her research interest are in various aspects of 3D geo-information and their application for different disciplines, amongst which emergency response. She has been involved in a number of projects related to advancing emergency response by using 3D information. She is a vice-chair of OGC SWG IndoorGML, chair of the ISPRS IV/7 3D indoor modelling and navigation (2012-2016), member of the SC of IRDR (2013-2016)

Professor Dr. Quig Li: City University of Hone Kong, Hong Kong, Hongkong.

Qing Li is a Professor at the Department of Computer Science, and the Director of the Engineering Research Centre on Multimedia Software at the City University of Hong Kong, where he joined as a faculty member since Sept 1998. He received his B.Eng. from Hunan University (Changsha), and M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Southern California (Los Angeles), all in computer science. His research interests include multimedia retrieval and management, conceptual data modeling, social media and Web services, and e-learning systems.

Professor Dr. Gwo-Dong Chen: National Central University, Taiwan

Since 2004 to 2014, Gwo-Dong Chen was the CEO of the project office that in charge of National cross ministries E-learning program of Taiwan government. He was the director general of Department of Science Education of National Science Council of Taiwan at 2010 to 2013. After the service in the government, he was the dean of research and development affair office of National Central University at 2004. The research topics of Dr. Chen is on Human Computer Interaction for technology enhanced learning. He is trying to develop new mechanisms and representation methods for textbooks at digital age.

Professor Dr. Martin Reiser: Institute for Media Innovation, NTU, Singapore.

Martin Reiser has joined NTU as Founding Director of the Institute for Media Innovation where he continues the leadership role in the world of Interactive Digital Media. He is a member of the Swiss Academy of Engineering and a Fellow of the IEEE. He has an honorary Doctoral degree from the Technical University of Moscow. A highlight of his career was the Nobel Prizes for Physics of 1996 and 1997, won under his leadership by Rohrer, Binnig, Müller and Bednorz.

Professor Dr. Jiannong Cao: Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong.

Dr. Cao is currently a chair professor and head of the Department of Computing at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hung Hom, Hong Kong. His research interests include parallel and distributed computing, wireless networks and mobile computing, big data and cloud computing, pervasive computing, and fault tolerant computing.

Professor Dr. Li Lian: Hefei University of Technology, China.

He is a professor of School of Computer and Information in Hefei University of Technology. Also, he is the head of theoretic computer science technical committee of China Computer Federation, and the head of national steering committee for instruction of college computer education.His main researching interesting are including machine learning, network computing,wireless network.

Professor Dr. Ning An: Hefei University of Technology, China.

Ning An has a Ph. D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, USA and is an IEEE Senior Member and a ACM Life Member. Dr. An is the founding director of HFUT Gerontechnology Lab which is the first of its kind in mainland China, and he is also the PI for the International Research Base for Developing Innovative Gerontechnology supported by Chinese Ministry of Education and State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs.

Professor Dr. Wolfgang Heiden: Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, Germany.

Wolfgang Heiden is Professor in the Computer Science Department of Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences. Rooted both in natural sciences and non-linear information representation, his research interests include molecular modelling in particular and interactive sensualization in chemistry, biology, and medicine in general - as well as hypermedia edutainment and serious gaming.

 Professor Dr. Аlexander V. Boukhanovsky:. ITMO University, Russia.

Dr. Alexander Boukhanovsky is the Head of High Performance Computing (HPC) Department and eScience Research Institute, ITMO University. His research focuses on, but limited to, high-performance computing, computer modeling, complex systems, intelligent computational technologies, statistical analysis and synthesis of spatial-temporal fields, parallel and distributed computing, distributed environments for multidisciplinary research, DSS, statistical analysis and simulation in marine sciences.

 Professor Dr. Aleksandra Konradi:. ITMO University, Russia.

Dr. Aleksandra Konradi is MD, Professor and the Deputy Director General of Science, at Federal Almazov North-West Medical Research Centre and Co-director of Institute of Translational medicine at ITMO University, Saint Petersburg, Russia. Her research interests are autonomic nervous system, left ventricular hypertrophy, molecular genetics, renovascular hypertension, epidemiology, genetics and epigenetic of hypertension.
